No. There are absolutely no broker or application fees of any kind.
- How much of a downpayment do I need for a Condominium?
That is really up to you and your lender. You may put down as much, or as little as you find comfortable. However, if you wish to put down 10% or less, you will be required to present a commitment letter from your lender.
